- Maintenance agreements. Each year we offer maintenance and/or extended
warranty programs that our customers may choose.
- Caretaker service. We offer to hold keys to your property in order
for us to respond to any alarm event on your behalf. We do not charge to
hold the keys but normal service rates apply for responses to the property.
- Custom design and installation. Our systems are designed around your
needs, not by a standard package that may not fit your lifestyle.
- Deterrent. Although alarm systems cannot stop crimes from happening,
we take steps to help you avoid it. Our red lights indicate
that your property is electronically protected and is meant
to send a potential thief somewhere else. Our camera systems
help keep honest people honest.
- Life safety. We offer fire, CO, gas, panic, hold-up and medical devices
in addition to security. Our sales staff is current on life safety
and fire code requirements and how they will impact your property.
